Hey, we’re not going to give you a big spiel here, however, you probably want to read the instructions below to make sure the return process goes smoothly. 

Return Policy

Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days. 

More important stuff

• Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed
• We can’t accept exchange requests
• If your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you. You’ll be subject to a partial refund or alternative compensation determined by Owala Nz.
