Returns & Refunds

Hey, we’re not going to give you a big spiel here, however, you probably want to read the instructions below to make sure the return process goes smoothly.


Return Policy

Any unused Owala item in its original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Please note that unless the issue is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

More important stuff

  • A return form must be completed before any return, exchange or fault can be processed.
  • Product will not be accepted if the labels and stickers have been removed (not in original condition).
  • If your product is returned in used condition it will not be returned to you.
  • We require images of the fault or error to process your request.

Return instructions

Great! So you’re ready to request a return. The below form will need to be completed so we can efficiently process your request. Once one of our customer service team have accessed your request, they will be in contact with the next steps.

If there is a fault or error, a return label will be provided for the return of your item.

Print out the label, carefully pack up your returned items so that they’re not damaged while in transit, and securely fasten your return label to the outside of your package. Drop off your package at your nearest Post Office and we’ll take care of it from there.
