INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Wash before using. 
• Owala brand products are designed to be as
  simple and easy to clean as possible. Best
  practices for cleaning each part may vary.
• Lid: All lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. Remove the gaskets (from underneath the flip cap and just above the threading of the lid) and the straw. Place gaskets in the utensil basket and the straw and lid on the top rack. If you hand wash, use a straw brush to clean the straw and straw portion of the lid. Always ensure all seals and gaskets are installed and properly sealed before use.
• Cup: Hand washing is recommended to preserve its finish. Do not use harsh chemicals (such as bleach, abrasives, etc.).

WARNINGS:

• Do not microwave, freeze, or boil.
• Not for use with hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids.
• Changes in altitude (such as during airplane travel or while ascending mountains), exposure to hot temperatures (such as leaving the bottle in a car on a hot day), and certain liquids or other contents may cause pressure to build up within the bottle and may cause the contents to leak or spray when opening the bottle.
• Pressurized contents may also cause the spout cover to open rapidly enough to injure fingers positioned in or near the recess behind the spout cover. When opening the bottle, keep fingers away from the recess behind the spout cover. To release pressure, loosen the lid by a quarter turn then retighten the lid.
• Always open with caution.
• In order to minimize bacterial growth, do not use to store warm dairy products or baby food or other perishable liquids.
